Its everything Wednesday today... and todaaaayyyy... Is the day when we'll be talking about EVERYTHING. But definitely one topic at a time.
Today I thought I would be doing a skin care review but this post is dedicated to that one follower of mine who specially messaged me on Instagram.
To remind her of how to be happy.
She has forgotten to be happy.
And you know what.. this actually broke my heart.
Happiness... this word has literally left the true meaning in dictionary because we have interpreted it in so many other ways, things, people, that today no matter who we bump into... they don't feel happy..
In this social media era... it's so easy for us to be bombarded by FAKE perfect happy pictures everyday, But when you take a closer look and get to know the person there is a story behind every single one of them that would make you cry...
They all have empty spots somewhere deep inside...Why??
Aren't they supposed to be HAPPY? Happy because they're successful? Happy because they have a perfect fairytale love story?Perfect home? Motherhood going perfect?? Perfect family? Perfect career?
Let me break this to you today... the perfection that should have given them the sense of HAPPINESS didn't work.
This is where the problem lies... we are searching and WAITING for bigger reasons to be happy.. and while we are looking around for that reason, whereas happiness begins within US!!!
We are ignoring EVERYTHING WE HAVE right now. This very moment!!
How many people today slept hungry.. how many kids were put to sleep giving them fake hope that they would wake up to a hot breakfast in the morning.. while we sleep with our stomach full.. sometimes over fed!
How many people today didn't know where to sleep?? The floor might be too wet, the weather might be too hot, or the place where they stayed was too dangerous to risk even an hour of sleep. While we sleep here in our cold rooms with warm blankets in a low lamp light giving us all the sense of coziness and safety.
The point here is we do get everything, but then we start our search all over again every single day. So much that the SENSE OF CONTENTMENT has been lost.
Look at the little things in life. Wake up in the morning... take the sunlight of the first hours of morning.. feel the peace around you.
Take a cup of tea or coffee or a glass of juice.. let it go down sip by sip,
Get ready for your work or get your family ready for keeping the SENSE OF CONTENTMENT within.
Saying Alhamdulillah with every thing you do throughout your day.
You have a family a home to take care of... there could be so many reasons to feel negative about .. but just 1 reason you need to find to love it all again.
And the most important point, feel happy TO LOVE YOURSELF!!!
yes... you need to love yourself.. even if no one else does.. khali wali.. you need to love yourself enough.. that other love is just a cherry on top of the cake you already have.

Here are some things we need to understand how #selflove works
1. Wakeup in the morning, stand infront of the mirror and remind yourself that you're an amazing person and you need to make the atmosphere positive by yourself.. no matter how much someone tries to destroy it. Give that baby a kiss girl. She deserves itπππ
2. Learn to say NO clearly when needed. It's not your job to make others happy all the time by making yourself a door mat.
*NEWS FLASH*
They're still not happy with what you do so.. F*** it. And say no in the very first place.
3. DO NOT!!! I REPEAT DO NOT LISTEN to other people's opinion about you. How you do things, why you do what you do, is your matter.. and if someone gives an opinion about it, hand them a damn grocery list for next month. They need to pay for giving opinions.. no we ain't taking them for free.. you gotta pay Bills of mine babyπππ
4. Be your own happy space.
treat yourself right always. Learn to be happy and positive about yourself.
In messed up situations instead of saying
" oh damn I am such an idiot"
Say
"Girl it's ok.. shit happens.. let's fix it!!"
Because that is the truth.. shit happens and there is nothing you can do about it. So why be so harsh on yourself. That won't change anything except making things worse. Show yourself love and respect.
5. See a negative person approaching?? RUN!!! RUN RUN RUN!!!!
cut off all the negative people in your life.. no matter who they are no matter how long they have been with you.. the duration doesn't assure quality.
The ticket to my place is positivity, don't have that? Sorry you cant enter * shuts the door on the face*
You gotta do what you gotta do to keep your mental peaceπ€·♀️π€·♀️π€·♀️
6. Don't think about the things you can't control.
Other people's tongue and future are the 2 of them.
What other people say is a depiction of their character not yours, so if you hear the gossips about yourself... remember Allah has seen what you do and Allah does see what they're doing.
Future... this is a thing that resides 100% in Allah's hand. So let yourself go with the flow he has created. Do think about what's going to happen tomorrow. Live today. Breathe today. Be happy today. Because even the next breath is not promised.
7. Find positivity even in the worst situation. Train your mind to it. If something happens terribly wrong, destructive, a chaos, something that you think has ended your world... you need to shut your eyes.. and open the eyes, have faith in Allah.. that he knows what you don't know.. and tomorrow when you will turn around and look at the current destruction, you will say Alhamdulillah that it happened as what you have now is something you ever didn't thought of.
8. Find yourself a hobby. Anything. Paint, read, sing, dance, write down your thoughts in a diary.. even if you don't know how to do it.. still do... these things will help you calm your raging thoughts and emotion down.
Above all.. PRAY.. speak to your LORD.. instead of sharing with people and giving them material to gossip, speak to your Lord, He is the one who doesn't even allow us to reveal our mistakes to others, let alone him revealing them.
Moral of the above story:
1. Find the sense of CONTENTMENT. Make a habit of saying ALHMADULILLAH even if all you have today a healthy breath.
2. Love yourself people. We take it so light, and forget it while we love others hard. And during all this process we beg others to love us. Please.. learn to love yourself. After Allah, You are the one who is with you 24/7 and you are the best company for yourself. Others just add to it. Learn it. Please. The sooner the better.
So this is it for today.
